We would like to update you regarding the current COVID-19 situation. The health and safety of our staff and customers is paramount. At Fines Ford Lincoln we are practicing all of the mitigation strategies recommended by Health Canada to keep everyone safe.
At our dealership

We have taken the following ENHANCED steps:
- Seating in all common areas has been reduced and spaced.
- The customer lounge is sanitized and disinfected after each customer.
- We encourage following the recommended two-metre social distancing.
- All building door handles, point-of-sale machines, coffee machines, light switches, and other commonly touched surfaces are disinfected on a regular basis.
- Client vehicles are protected and/or disinfected before and after being serviced.
- We have online payment options available to allow for contactless transactions.
Shuttle service:
- Shuttle service is limited to 1 customer at a time.
- A safety divider has been installed between the customer and driver.
- Shuttle is only permitted to travel a maximum of 10 km with a customer.
- Windows must be open for the duration of the trip.

Mask is mandatory in Ontario since July 16th. We follow the strict health guidelines by wearing a mask to greet our customers and our customers need to be wearing a mask also to enter the dealership. Thanks for your understanding.

Service department

Visit our Dealership by appointment
- Book your APPOINTMENT ONLINE or by PHONE (905-857-1252 ext. 111).
- Only 1 customer is permitted in the Service Department at a time. There is a designated waiting area outside of the Service Department.
- Your vehicle and keys will be sanitized/disinfected before and after work is completed.
- Employees are equipped with the necessary tools and protective equipment.
- Work can be reviewed over the phone and payments can be made online.
- Pick up your vehicle in person or in a safe contactless way.
Parts department
Our Parts Department is open for CURBSIDE PICKUP only. Payment is available ONLINE or upon pickup.
