Sales and Leasing Consultant
The Opportunity
We are interested in additional Sales Consultants to join our Sales department. The role reports to our General Sales Manager. You have the opportunity to sell both new & used inventory. Typical shifts are 9am-5pm, 1pm-8pm, and the role requires Saturday shifts.

- Tailor their selling approach based on the clientele
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively negotiate and answer questions & concerns

Part Time Detailer
- Hand wash, wax & buff exterior of new & used vehicles
- Clean interior with vacuum, shampoo, and cleaning products
- Engine shampoo
- Run vehicles through the car wash
- Apply touch-up paint to chipped body surfaces
- Follow delivery schedule, communicate with the Business Office to confirm the delivery schedule is being followed correctly
- Vehicle check-in from transport
- Previous detailing/car washing experience
- Attention to detail, takes pride in the quality of their work
- Strong time management skills
- Flexible to changing schedules and deadlines
- Ability to follow directions
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License with clean abstract
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles

Junior Service Advisor
- Assisting with incoming phone calls and assisting with outgoing phone calls to satisfy customer needs
- Answering phone to book appointments, reschedule appointments, etc…
- Calling customers to book recall appointments
- Calling customers when their special order parts arrive, to book their appointment
- Returning voicemails from customers
- Following up with no-show appointments to reschedule appointment
- Sending email and text reminders to customers regarding their appointment
- Cashing out customers at the end of their appointment
- Retrieve customers from the lounge to inform them that their vehicle is ready
- Provide administrative support for warranty submissions
- Provide counter relief during lunch hours, vacations etc to the Service Advisors
- Provide additional administrative support as directed by the Customer Experience Manager
- Previous experience working in a shop is essential, prior knowledge of appointment booking in the automotive industry
- Previous experience in customer service
- Professional and courteous over the phone and in-person
- Strong computer skills – able to learn new programs quickly and work efficiently
- Attention to detail, takes pride in the quality of their work
- Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to follow directions and complete assigned tasks
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License with clean abstract
Licensed Technician
- Receive daily repair orders from the Shop Manager
- Perform a variety of vehicle maintenance & repair jobs, as indicated on the work order with accuracy and efficiency in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards
- Inspect and diagnose the source of any malfunction and perform repair
- Save and tag parts requested by customer or under warranty
- Examine the vehicle to determine the need for additional safety or service work, notifying the Service Advisor if further work is recommended
- Document work performed
- Road test vehicles
- Attend Ford sponsored training sessions
- Previous Ford experience is desired, but not mandatory
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License with a clean abstract
- Ability to lift 50lbs comfortably & safely
- 310S License, or registered as an Apprentice working towards your license
- Positive & professional attitude
- Proven record of quality workmanship
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently
- Strong problem solving ability to accurately diagnose problems
- Respectful of timelines and deadlines
- Proven ability to be a strong team player

Part Time Receptionist
- Answering incoming calls and appropriately directing them
- Greeting customers upon arrival at the dealership
- Supporting dealer trades
- Stocking in new & used vehicles
- Licensing
- Additional ad hoc support as per the direction of the full-time Administrative Assistant/Receptionist, General Manager or Sales Management
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License and a clean driver’s record
Lot Attendant
- Ensure that vehicles on the lot are neat and orderly
- Rearranging the lot as per the direction of the General Sales Manager and/or Pre Owned Vehicle Manager
- Use onsite car wash to clean vehicles
- Removing snow from vehicles
- Salting & shoveling the front entrance for customers during the winter months and other seasonal outdoor maintenance
- Verify receipt of new vehicles delivered to dealership; sign and date bill of lading, and forward to reception
- Examine vehicles to detect damage and confirm presence of loose items on invoice (i.e., spare tire, manual, floor mats, antennae, keys, etc.)
- Record damage descriptions and note missing items on delivery report to facilitate claim from manufacturer
- Apply etching stickers to windows, doors, hood, and frame
- Provide daily lunch hour Receptionist support
- General building maintenance to ensure tidiness and cleanliness of the interior dealership
- Ad hoc responsibilities as directed by the Sales Management team or General Manager
- Positive attitude, who enjoys a variety of responsibilities throughout their day
- Enjoy working outdoors in all seasons & conditions
- Strong time management skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and pride in your work
- Ability to drive standard & automatic vehicles, and comfort driving a variety of vehicles
