Sales and Leasing Consultant

The Opportunity

We are interested in additional Sales Consultants to join our Sales department. The role reports to our General Sales Manager. You have the opportunity to sell both new & used inventory. Typical shifts are 9am-5pm, 1pm-8pm, and the role requires Saturday shifts.

We are interested in candidates who:

    • Have a love for selling
    • Are self-motivated, goal oriented
    • Consistently exceed customer expectations with their sales approach & ability to build relationships
    • Pride themselves on being a product knowledge expert who can sell the true value of the vehicle
    • Tailor their selling approach based on the clientele
    • Have strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively negotiate and answer questions & concerns

Service Advisor

The Opportunity

Fines Ford Lincoln has an immediate need for a full-time Service Advisor. The successful incumbent is an experienced Service Advisor who quickly builds rapport with customers and can successfully multi-task in a busy and dynamic Service department. The successful incumbent must be available to work 1 evening per week and every third Saturday to support the needs of our customers.

Reporting to: Customer Experience Manager


The Service Advisor has a wide variety of responsibilities, including but not exclusive to:

  • Greeting customers on the phone or in person
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Explaining the nature of repairs to customers, liaising between the technician and the customer
  • Providing repair recommendations to customers
  • Advising customers how to maintain their vehicle
  • Selling parts & labour
  • Providing an extraordinary experience for all Fines Ford Lincoln customers
  • Utilizing Ford corporate programs when required (ie: FMC360, Prior Approval)
  • Providing updates and escalating issues, when required, to the CE Manager

Skills and Attributes

  • An Advisor who interacts with customers in a kind, empathetic and professional manner
  • Ability to handle a high volume of customers/appointments without sacrificing accuracy
  • Ability to build rapport with customers
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Team player who knowledge shares with peers and manager
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills


  • Appointment booking experience in a shop or dealership
  • Previous experience with PBS is an asset, but not mandatory
  • Previous Ford & Lincoln experience is an asset, but not mandatory


  • Valid Ontario Drivers License and a clean driver record
Licensed Technician

The Opportunity

We have an immediate need for a Licensed Technician or 3rd Year Apprentice to join our busy Service department. Enjoy working in a newer facility, with an air conditioned shop, onsite car wash, and service drive-thru! The Technician will join our existing team to deliver a superior experience to all of our service customers. The incumbent will be required to work Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, one late night during the week (until 8pm), and alternating Saturdays (8am-3pm). This role reports directly to our Shop Manager.


  • Receive daily repair orders from the Shop Manager
  • Perform a variety of vehicle maintenance & repair jobs, as indicated on the work order with accuracy and efficiency in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards
  • Inspect and diagnose the source of any malfunction and perform repair
  • Save and tag parts requested by customer or under warranty
  • Examine the vehicle to determine the need for additional safety or service work, notifying the Service Advisor if further work is recommended
  • Document work performed
  • Road test vehicles
  • Attend Ford sponsored training sessions

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous Ford experience is desired, but not mandatory
  • Valid Ontario Driver’s License with a clean abstract
  • Ability to lift 50lbs comfortably & safely
  • 310S License, or registered as an Apprentice working towards your license
