Fines Ford Lincoln has an immediate need for a full-time Sales Consultant. The successful incumbent has previous customer service/retail experience and has a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service. The role requires evening and Saturday shifts. Sales Consultant report to the General Sales Manager. We are interested in candidates who:

Sales Manager


The Sales Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Sales Consultant team, working with them to ensure that Fines Ford Lincoln's guests have a positive purchasing experience.

The successful incumbent is someone who enjoys managing and developing a team of Sales Consultants and ensuring that monthly sales goals are met.   This is a great opportunity for a candidate who has a track record of success in automotive sales and is looking for an opportunity to coach & motivate a sales team.   This role reports to the General Sales Manager and is required to work alternating evenings and Saturday shifts.  

  • Coach, mentor and train Sales Consultants to assist guests, answer questions, structure deals and/or payments.   
  • Ensure all Sales Consultants are following the dealership's sales process step-by-step and ensuring that all customers are turned over to the FSO.  
  • Direct and schedule the activities of all department employees -- knowing what each Sales Consultant is working on, who they need to follow up with, what deliveries are happening, etc.    Log, track and account for every guest interaction. 
  • Responsible for the department schedule to ensure proper coverage on the salesfloor. 
  • Manage the dealership's leasing portfolio 
  • Assists Salespeople in overcoming objections and closing deals, when required.
  • Forecast aggressive yet realistic monthly goals for Salespeople and provides them with the support to meet these goals and a performance plan when objectives are not being met. 
  • Ensures new owners are contacted within 24 hours of delivery to verify satisfaction with sales and delivery process, fostering a positive Guest Experience
  • Works with the GSM to ensure that any client concerns are handled in an efficient & appropriate manner.  
  • Remain knowledgeable of the manufacturer's current product, program and promotional events, and/or those of the financial institutions. Notify the sales team of any changes so that they are up to date on all information. 
  • Ensure Sales Consultants are up to date on all mandatory manufacturer training.  

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of previous management experience in the automotive industry
  • Valid Ontario G Driver's License with a clean drivers abstract 
  • Valid OMVIC registration
  • Comfort using DealerSocket, DeskIt, PBS, SnapSell

  • Proven track record of managing a sales team to success 
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Holds themselves & their team accountable

We have an immediate need for a Licensed Technician to join our busy Service department. Enjoy having your own bay, working in an air-conditioned shop with an efficient electronic dispatch system, onsite car wash, and service drive-thru! The technician will join our existing team to deliver a superior experience to all of our service customers. This role reports directly to our Shop Manager. the incumbent must be able to work alternating Saturdays (8am-3pm) and some evenings. The role reports to our Shop Manager.

  • Receive daily repair orders from Shop Manager
  • Perform a variety of vehicle maintenance & repair jobs, as indicated on the work order with accuracy and efficiency in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards
  • Inspect and diagnose the source of any malfunction and perform repairs
  • Save and tag parts requested by customer or under warranty
  • Examine the vehicle to determine the need for additional safety or service work, notifying the Service Advisor if further work is recommended
  • Document work performed
  • Road test vehicles

Accounts Receivable/Payable Clerk

Fines Ford Lincoln has an immediate need for a full-time Accounts Receivable/Payable Clerk. This is a wonderful opportunity for a detail oriented, deadline driven individual.   Previous AR/AP experience required.  The role reports to the Controller and is required to work Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm.   

•    Daily balancing of the Service and Parts department float, including the resolution of discrepancies 
•    Balance the Point of Sale (POS) on a daily basis
•    Ongoing releasing and posting of journal entries
•    Follow up on warranty payment discrepancies with warranty administrator
•    Process accounts receivables including: 
- Prepare weekly aging report 
- Receive cheques, match with invoice & statement 
- Liaise with customers regarding arrears receivables and notify Controller, when appropriate 
-  Initiate credit & reference checks for customer accounts 
•    Accounts payables function, including: 
- Preparing cheques, updating records, obtain necessary signatures 
- Communicate with vendors regarding overpayment, invoice errors, etc. 
•    Preparation of daily bank deposit 
•    Distribution of incoming mail and prepare daily outgoing mail 
•    Back-up support for main reception
•    May provide relief/back up support to the Deal Administrator during peak times and absences 
•    Ad-hoc support provided to the Controller & General Manager, on an as needed basis with administrative tasks 

•    Prior experience in an AR/AP role is preferred 
•    Previous experience in a dealership environment is desired, but not mandatory  
•    Completion of college level Business Administration program, specializing in Accounting
