The Opportunity Fines Ford Lincoln has an immediate need for a full-time Sales Consultant. The successful incumbent has previous customer service/retail experience and has a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service. The role requires evening and Saturday shifts. Sales Consultants report to the General Sales Manager. We are interested in candidates who:

The Lincoln Concierge is a critical role at the dealership and reports directly to the General Manager and works closely with the General Sales Manager and Customer Experience Manager. The Lincoln Concierge is the first place Lincoln clients should be calling with whatever questions that they might have. The Lincoln Concierge is also a key enabler for Service write up, scheduling service, scheduling pick up and delivery events, and building a relationship with the clients. Professionalism, communication skills and attention to detail are critical for the success of this position. Incumbent would typically work Monday - Friday 9am- 5pm but some evening and/or Saturday hours could be required.
Responsibilities
Act as single point of contact to Lincoln clients for all their sales and service needs -- be involved in all sales and service introductions, dealership tours and at vehicle deliveries.
Involved in Lincoln marketing activities especially events/event planning, social media, offsite events, sponsorships and partnerships.
Coordinate Lincoln Discovery Drives.
Ensure all phases of ePDI are completed prior to delivery.
Be involved in the Lincoln delivery process (greetings on arrival, transitions, introductions, waiting time, warm farewell...)
When not present at vehicle delivery, follow-up with a personalized call to introduce self and explain Lincoln Owner benefits to client relative to service. Assist in setting up first service appointment.
Coordinate or follow-up on all service needs for Lincoln clients: Service appointments, Pick-up and delivery, Lincoln loaner, Shuttle, Complimentary Lincoln Wash.
Ensure Pickup and Delivery process and standards are in place and consistent (appointment coordination, appointment confirmation, Lincoln Loaner delivery, text updates, Lincoln wash, Lincoln redelivery, follow-up after service)
Ensure the Lincoln service experience in dealership is consistent (arrival, Lincoln loaner/shuttle/wait, regular updates, Lincoln wash, departure / warm farewell, follow-up after service)
Ensure any client preferences / needs are noted in CRM, shared with appropriate team mate(s) and in place during all interactions.
Ensure all Lincoln Loaners are clean, fueled and available according to service needs on a daily basis.
Coordinate/manage Lincoln Loaner usage on a daily/weekly basis to ensure 50% loaner usage on each unit
Always anticipate clients' needs or concerns by "walking the process" in the dealership from the clients' point of view.

Fines Ford Lincoln has an immediate need for a full-time experienced Financial Services Manager (FSM). The successful incumbent is a sales professional who has a passion for selling, quickly builds rapport with customers, and has a track record of success in the FSM role. The FSM will support the business' mission of offering 100% of the financial services products, to 100% of our customers, 100% of the time.
The Financial Services Manager would report directly to the General Sales Manager and will have support from an experienced Financial Services Assistant. The successful incumbent will need to work flexible hours to support the needs of the business and its customers.
Responsibility
Ensures every customer has all repayment, risk management and vehicle protection options reviewed and explained
Ensures full disclosure to customers of the costs, terms and contractual obligations of any finance and/or lease transactions, as well as any products and services offered
Selling of all products and services that protect the customer's vehicle including: extended warranties, pre-paid maintenance, electronic rust modules, protective chemicals, and insurances
Achieve targeted sales quota within budgetary guidelines
The FSM must continually educate the salespeople and other managers to ensure they are also in compliance when obtaining a credit application, pulling a credit bureau report, offering Ford programs, and negotiating the sale or quoting payments.
Completing credit application with customer, and then reviewing the available finance options to meet their needs
Secure acceptable financing for customers
Converting outside finance customers to dealership financing

Schedule, monitor and control all daily deliveries with sales staff and customers

We have an immediate need for a full-time Detailer to join our busy Sales Department. Hours of work are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Responsibilities include, but are not exclusive to:
Hand wash, wax & buff exterior of new & used vehicles
Clean interior with vacuum, shampoo, and cleaning products
Engine shampoo
Apply touch-up paint to chipped body surfaces
Follow delivery schedule, communicate with the Business Office to confirm the delivery schedule is being followed correctly
When required, check-in vehicles upon arriving from factory.
Experience & Skills
High speed polishing & touch up paint experience is desired, but not essential

Fines Ford Lincoln has an immediate need for a full-time Customer Experience Service Manager. This role is responsible for the management of the Service counter and is focused on ensuring a positive customer experience for Fines Ford Lincoln customers. The role reports to the General Manager.
Responsibilities
1. Customer Experience Index (CEI)
Manage callbacks, Hot Alerts, and any customer issues requiring escalation. Ensure these issues are dealt with in a timely, responsive and comprehensive manner. Keeping the General Manager up to date.
The 2023 goal is to increase the department's CEI score to be above the Group.
Implement process improvements, routines, rituals at the Service counter with the goal of providing a better customer experience for Fines Ford Lincoln customers

Daily management of the following roles: Service Advisor, Service Coordinator, and Shuttle Driver. Including, providing coaching & feedback, monitoring P2P training, scheduling, and working with HR Manager to manage employee relations issues and staffing decisions.
