The Opportunity Fines Ford Lincoln has an immediate need for a full-time Sales Consultant. The successful incumbent has previous customer service/retail experience and has a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service. The role requires evening and Saturday shifts. Sales Consultants report to the General Sales Manager. We are interested in candidates who:

The Lincoln Concierge is a critical role at the dealership and reports directly to the General Manager and works closely with the General Sales Manager and Customer Experience Manager. The Lincoln Concierge is the first place Lincoln clients should be calling with whatever questions that they might have. The Lincoln Concierge is also a key enabler for Service write up, scheduling service, scheduling pick up and delivery events, and building a relationship with the clients. Professionalism, communication skills and attention to detail are critical for the success of this position. Incumbent would typically work Monday - Friday 9am- 5pm but some evening and/or Saturday hours could be required.
Responsibilities
Act as single point of contact to Lincoln clients for all their sales and service needs -- be involved in all sales and service introductions, dealership tours and at vehicle deliveries.
Involved in Lincoln marketing activities especially events/event planning, social media, offsite events, sponsorships and partnerships.
Coordinate Lincoln Discovery Drives.
Ensure all phases of ePDI are completed prior to delivery.
Be involved in the Lincoln delivery process (greetings on arrival, transitions, introductions, waiting time, warm farewell...)
When not present at vehicle delivery, follow-up with a personalized call to introduce self and explain Lincoln Owner benefits to client relative to service. Assist in setting up first service appointment.
Coordinate or follow-up on all service needs for Lincoln clients: Service appointments, Pick-up and delivery, Lincoln loaner, Shuttle, Complimentary Lincoln Wash.
Ensure Pickup and Delivery process and standards are in place and consistent (appointment coordination, appointment confirmation, Lincoln Loaner delivery, text updates, Lincoln wash, Lincoln redelivery, follow-up after service)
Ensure the Lincoln service experience in dealership is consistent (arrival, Lincoln loaner/shuttle/wait, regular updates, Lincoln wash, departure / warm farewell, follow-up after service)
Ensure any client preferences / needs are noted in CRM, shared with appropriate team mate(s) and in place during all interactions.
Ensure all Lincoln Loaners are clean, fueled and available according to service needs on a daily basis.
Coordinate/manage Lincoln Loaner usage on a daily/weekly basis to ensure 50% loaner usage on each unit
Always anticipate clients' needs or concerns by "walking the process" in the dealership from the clients' point of view.

Experience and Qualifications
2 years in a customer service and/or hospitality position with a notable record of customer satisfaction
We have an immediate need for an Apprentice to join our busy shop. This is an excellent opportunity to learn & develop. Responsibility
Obtain daily repair orders from the Service Advisor
Assist Licensed Technicians in repairs
Perform Quicklane services
Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs as assigned, with the assistance & supervision from Licensed Technicians & Shop Manager
Assist in the diagnosis of malfunctions & perform repairs under the direction of Licensed Technicians
Save and tag parts requested by customer or under warranty
Document work performed
Road test vehicles
Assist in tire season (ie: removing tires, bagging & marking tires, storing tires and mounting tires)
Assist in keeping the shop a tidy and safe work environment, general ad hoc housekeeping duties

The successful incumbent is an experienced Service Advisor who quickly builds rapport with customers and can successfully multi-task in a busy and dynamic Service department. Candidate must be available to work 1 evening per week and every third Saturday to support the needs of our customers. Role reports to our Customer Experience Manager.
Responsibilities
The Service Advisor has a wide variety of responsibilities, including but not exclusive to:
Greeting customers on the phone or in person
Scheduling appointments
Explaining the nature of repairs to customers, liaising between the technician and the customer
Providing repair recommendations to customers
Advising customers how to maintain their vehicle
Selling parts & labour
Providing an extraordinary experience for all Fines Ford Lincoln customers
Utilizing Ford corporate programs when required (ie: FMC360, Prior Approval)
Providing updates and escalating issues, when required, to the CE Manager
Skills and Attributes
An Advisor who interacts with customers in a kind, empathetic and professional manner
Ability to handle a high volume of customers/appointments without sacrificing accuracy
Ability to build rapport with customers

We have an immediate need for a Licensed Technician to join our busy Service department. Enjoy having your own bay, working in an air-conditioned shop with an efficient electronic dispatch system, onsite car wash, and service drive-thru! The Technician will join our existing team to deliver a superior experience to all of our service customers. This role reports directly to our Shop Manager. The incumbent must be able to work alternating Saturdays (8am-3pm) and some evenings. The role reports to our Shop Manager.
Responsibilities
Receive daily repair orders from the Shop Manager
Perform a variety of vehicle maintenance & repair jobs, as indicated on the work order with accuracy and efficiency in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards
Inspect and diagnose the source of any malfunction and perform repair
Save and tag parts requested by customer or under warranty
Examine the vehicle to determine the need for additional safety or service work, notifying the Service Advisor if further work is recommended
Document work performed
